§01 / CAPABILITIES // INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

Specialist maintenance and engineering, on call

OEM-comparable expertise at a fraction of OEM cost — for plants not ready to hire a full-time maintenance engineer but unwilling to gamble on downtime.

§01

Industrial Automation & Control

A machine is only as good as its controls.

We design, manufacture and install fully tailored control panels that operators actually find easy to run, using components from respected, established suppliers. From schematic to commissioned cabinet, every panel is engineered for the way your line really works.

§02

Electrical Engineering & Contracting

Power distribution installed right, tested right, proven right.

Complete electrical installation, testing, commissioning and fault diagnosis for industrial, commercial and infrastructure sites. We handle LT and 3-phase distribution, switchgear, distribution boards, cabling and power management end to end.

§03

New Installation & Project Expansion

New lines, new plants, full relocations — engineered to start up on schedule.

Electrical, mechanical and civil scope for new-build factories, assembly lines, plant layout shifting and complete facility setup. Whether you are relocating an existing plant or commissioning a greenfield line, we take it from layout to live production.

§04

Emergency & Machinery Breakdown

Fast, defensible fault diagnosis that gets the line moving again.

Reliable, cost-effective fault finding across mechanical, electrical, automation and fluid-power systems. We service CNC/VMC machining centres, packaging and assembly lines, welding robotics, electroplating, paint shop, phosphating, brazing furnaces, metalizing and mechanical power presses up to 1000 ton.

§05

Planned & Preventive Maintenance

Stop breakdowns before they cost you the shift.

Preventive and predictive maintenance plans built around your equipment manufacturers' best practices to cut unplanned downtime. Proper maintenance has a cost — improper maintenance costs far more. Book a free on-site consultation to size the right plan.

§06

EHS & Facility Management

Safer plant conditions, continuously improved — not audited once and forgotten.

Environment, health and safety management alongside facility and utility upkeep and safety-policy implementation. We work to continuously improve operating conditions so compliance and uptime move in the same direction.

SERVICE ON FOCUS

Comparable to OEM engineers — at a fraction of the cost

If you find yourself regularly calling OEM engineers, try us first. We aim to save you both money and time, getting your plant or machinery back in service as fast as possible — and in the rare event we cannot solve an issue, we liaise with the OEM and their support teams to resolve it.

  • CNC & VMC machining-centre software backup
  • Machine drive, PLC, HMI & full system-image backup
  • Testing & machine-proven support
  • Installation & commissioning support
  • Electronics & control-system repair

§03 / HOW WE WORK

A maintenance discipline, run like an engineering project

Five stages from first site visit to a documented preventive plan you can audit. Built so a plant that isn't ready for a full-time maintenance engineer still gets one's rigour, on call.

§01 CONSULT §02 DIAGNOSE §03 EXECUTE §04 SAFEGUARD §05 SUSTAIN
  1. 01 / CONSULT

A free on-site consultation, no obligation. We walk your floor, list your critical assets and map where unplanned downtime actually hurts. You leave with a clear picture of risk and priority, not a sales quote.

  2. 02 / DIAGNOSE

Root-cause fault finding across mechanical, electrical, automation and fluid power, from CNC/VMC machining centres and welding robotics to power presses up to 1000 ton, paint shops, brazing furnaces and phosphating plant. We isolate the real cause before anyone touches a spare.

  3. 03 / EXECUTE

Repair, installation, testing and commissioning by engineers who do this on India's Tier-1 automotive and industrial plants. Control panels built to spec, LT and 3-phase distribution, switchgear and cabling, electronics and control-system repair — machine-proven and signed off before handover.

  4. 04 / SAFEGUARD

Before we leave, we back up what keeps you running: CNC/VMC software, drive, PLC and HMI configurations, full system images. A breakdown should never also cost you your machine's brain.

  5. 05 / SUSTAIN

A preventive and predictive maintenance plan aligned to manufacturer best practice, with EHS and facility upkeep folded in. Scheduled interventions that turn surprise failures into routine line items, comparable to OEM service at a fraction of OEM cost.

§07 / FAQ // BEFORE YOU ENGAGE

Straight answers for engineers and plant managers

No sales runaround — the questions procurement and maintenance teams actually ask before they hand a line over to an outside specialist.

We are not big enough to justify a full-time maintenance engineer. Does that rule us out?

No — that is precisely who we exist for. ACT In Systems gives you specialist maintenance, automation and project expertise on call, without the fixed cost of a permanent in-house engineer. You get OEM-comparable capability at a fraction of OEM cost, scaled to the plant you actually run. Proper maintenance is never free; unplanned downtime costs far more.

What kinds of machines and systems can you actually work on?

Anything across mechanical, electrical, automation and fluid power. In the field that means CNC and VMC machining centres, packaging machines, production and assembly lines, welding robotics lines, electroplating and metalizing plant, mechanical power presses up to 1000 ton, paint shops, phosphating plant, brazing furnaces, and welding systems (spot, MIG, resistance, induction heating, powder coating). Founder Neeraj Kumar has commissioned and maintained this equipment first-hand across his 24-year career.

Do you only fix breakdowns, or can you prevent them?

Both — and the prevention is where you save money. We run reactive emergency fault-finding when a line is down, and planned, preventive and predictive maintenance programmes aligned to manufacturer best practice to stop breakdowns before they happen. We will tell you honestly which mix your plant needs, and the on-site consultation to scope it is free.

Can you handle a brand-new installation or a full plant relocation, not just maintenance?

Yes. We cover electrical, mechanical and civil scope for new-build factories, assembly-line installation, plant layout shifting and complete facility setup. This is hands-on experience: our founder has relocated a full plant 35 km, set up new shock-absorber and solar-powered facilities, and installed and commissioned MIG and spot welding robots, EOT cranes and power presses from 250 to 1000 ton.

What about the control side — panels, PLCs, drives and software?

Control and automation are core to us. We design, manufacture and install fully tailored, easy-to-use control panels using respected component suppliers, because a machine is only as good as its controls. We also handle CNC/VMC software backup, PLC/HMI and drive system-image backup, electronics and control-system repair, and installation and commissioning support — so a controller fault never becomes a lost weekend.

Where are you based, and do you travel to our site?

We are registered in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh and serve clients across India. Our founder is currently engaged with a Japanese firm installing new equipment for Maruti Suzuki across all its India locations, so multi-site, travel-based work is exactly how we operate. Tell us where the plant is and we will come to you.

Are you actually qualified to audit and certify what you maintain?

Founder Neeraj Kumar holds Certified Internal Auditor status for ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO/TS 16949:2016, plus a Workshop on Testing & Examination of Lifting Machinery, Tackles & Pressure Vessels, and a 2014 Delphi Global Operation Sustainability Award for Risk Reduction & Cost Savings. The work is led by 24 years across maintenance, projects, utility, EHS and facility — not by a sales team.
