About Us
ACT In Systems is a small and energetic company offering a range of industrial engineering services to clients across India. Primarily serving the industrial sector, we specialize in proactive and reactive maintenance services for companies who are not yet in a position to employ a full-time maintenance engineer, but who want to call upon specialist expertise when they need it.
Proper and correct maintenance can be costly — however, in our experience improper maintenance leads to much greater cost through downtime. We help you stay ahead of breakdowns and keep your plant and machinery running smoothly.

24 years of professional experience in maintenance, projects, utility, EHS and facility management. Started as a freelancer in plant maintenance, automation & robotics, and currently associated with a Japanese third-party company working with India's No.1 automotive manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki, on the installation of new equipment across all their locations.
Career Highlights
Relocated an entire plant 35 km to a new location; set up a new shock-absorber manufacturing facility. Handled UPS (160 KVA×2), 500 KVA DG set, pneumatic compressors, 11 KV HT system, transformers and firefighting systems, plus welding, induction, powder coating, phosphating and press machines.
Managed oil & water pump assembly lines for powertrain systems with advanced ControlLogix PLC on Ethernet, DAQ and SQL Server. Handled VMC, CNC, TMC and SPMs plus full utility equipment and plant facility infrastructure.
Set up a new manufacturing facility with a 2 MW solar power plant for MG Motors, Hallol. Installed & commissioned Yaskawa MIG/spot welding robots, a 5-ton EOT crane, and handled 1000/600/315/250-ton power presses, spot welding and paint shop.
Handled Fanuc & Yaskawa robotic hot-melt dispensers, metalizing and injection molding machines. Set up a new paint plant for DRL (Dynamic Running Lights) and managed maintenance budgets, CAPEX proposals and CMMS records.
Installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance of transformers, sub-stations and switchgear up to 33 KV; DG sets up to 1000 KVA; Kaiser/Atlas Copco compressors; 20 MT LPG bullet and 234 KL HSD yard operations.
Delivered major utility cost savings: ₹15.3 Mn (furnace to state power), ₹4.57 Mn (LPG to PNG on brazing furnace) and ₹1.9 Mn (helium recovery on leak testing). Installed 9-zone brazing furnace, 250-ton power press, tube mill and fin assembly.
Led breakdown and preventive maintenance teams; programmed and troubleshot Rockwell PLCs, AC/DC drives, servo motors and safety modules. Extensive hands-on maintenance of presses, broaching machines, PLC-controlled SPMs, paint lines and robotic welding.
